company employs specialists,
experienced in nondestructive
testing (NDT) and technique development,
skilled in mechanical and electrical engineering and manufacturing. We have our own
machine shop, instrumentation manufacturing and testing lab, and a large ultrasonic and
eddy current testing facility. We have built custom made and turnkey automated scanning systems
for customers world
wide.
Our level I, II and III ultrasonic and eddy current certified inspectors provide NDT services in-house as well as at the customer's site, which includes technique evaluation and developing test procedures.
QMI
has many years of experience in technique evaluation and testing of various materials and
structures, including advanced polymer, ceramic and metal composite materials, and
honeycombs. Leading
aerospace companies and their subcontractors are among our customers. One of our
strongest achievement is the developement of the unique AIRSCAN® air-coupled
ultrasonic inspection method
and instrumentation.
